Bar lines in mania sometimes flicker for a frame

It's just ever so brief to spot and I don't have editing software on me right now to slow it down, so here's a freeze frame (it's about 10 secs in):

Highly suspect it's a single frame because when I tried to capture an instance of this at 30fps it didn't record, had to kick it up to 60.

Interesting that it shows just before a bar line, too...

Is this antialiasing artifacting you're pointing out? Where the barline is either not visible or lower opacity than expected?

No, notice how the arrows pop in for one frame. It's gotta be something pooling related.
