High quality heterozygous variants that normally have a GQ score of ~99, now have scores of ≤50. This seems to be consistent across all projects and can be seen in previously tagged high quality variants.

The only exception to this issue that I have noticed is homozygous variants, which still seem to have GQ scores of ~99.
