Balances not showing for Kusama Relay Chain

On the Balances page, account balances are not showing. They are blurred out. There is an error in the JS console:

comm.d0e96ebd05592f79.js:3892 Error: useCall(...):: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'frameSystemAccountInfo'):: TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'frameSystemAccountInfo')

This is only on Kusama Relay Chain, not on Polkadot or other parachains - it works fine on others I have checked such as Kusama Asset Hub.
