combine all from all platforms artifacts in one release

Hi,

I have been using kaleido for a project on a Raspberry Pi 4 (armv7) with the 0.2.1.post1 version but since this version only contains ARM artifacts I cannot use it as a pinned version in my project, given that users can run it in non-ARM platforms.
There are some workarounds to this of course, but it would be very helpful if you could make a new release that combines all artifacts for all platforms.
