Host Linux packages in a repository #10

We currently provide Linux Deb/RPM/APK packages, that can be downloaded and installed in the corresponding Linux distro.

In order to provide a more seamless integration with Linux distros, we need to make these packages available using the OS package manager (apt, yum, pacman...).

To achieve this we may consider:

DDEV uses https://gemfury.com/ to host apt and rpm packages, it's been ok. No real signing for rpm yet.

Any progress here?

Because as a linux user, I'm sure as hell not starting to install brew on my machine and having to download the binary every couple days is getting a bit annoying
