Doesn't show hold/borrowed entries that weren't added by the plugin #19

Holds that I had added in the Libby app, prior to installing the plugin, do not appear in the list, although it does say I have 6 holds. Only holds that were held in the plugin show up on the list. Shouldn't this show all holds whether from the plugin or not?

There's an option in the bottom of the plugin window Hide unavailable holds. Perhaps you put a check mark on it. If you activate it, it will only display the Holds when they come. So uncheck it if you'd like for all to be displayed.

That has no effect. If a hold or checkout is made from within the plugin, it works as expected. if a hold or checkout was made outside of the plugin, like in Libby or Overdrive, it doesn't list it no matter what that checkbox is. In the little status at the bottom of the plugin window it does show a correct count of current holds and borrowed items, but they do not appear in the list.

That is weird because I have always made holds from Libby/Overdrive directly and never from the plugin and they all show up accurately. Have you put all your cards in the Libby? Perhaps you left out some of the libraries?

It might be an issue with the setting to hide formats that are not compatible with the plugin... and the times i've looked, i think that might have been the case. I'll have to disable that check and then see.

This is the case. Go to Customize plugin, then the General/Network tab, then check the box for: "Include titles without downloadable formats". All titles, audiobooks in particular, now show up.

It may not be obvious as it they are on the Loans tab of the configuration page, but the options to Hide Ebooks or Hide Magazines affects both loans and holds.
