FF4 RC1. Sometime ago I've found that BT 2.0 don't loads not loaded or unloaded tabs anymore. And this still broken up to now.

BT works right on a FF start and didn't loads other tabs as it should. But when I switch onto not loaded tab nothing happens and I've forced to refresh tab manually. On a tab selection a tab header turns from grayed to a normal "loaded" color but a content don't loads.

I've tried to deinstall, clear prefs and install again -- 2.0 and 2.1b2 -- with no success. On the "parallel" portable install of 4.0.b10 I've found a working BT 2.0 (but with .jar from a May 2010) exported it with FEBE and installed on a main install with no success again.

On this BT version I've set a pref "Ask me what to do (when switch onto unloaded tab)" and then upgraded it to the "true 2.0" from AMO. Now when I switch onto not loaded tab then I see a notification pane with a "Load" button but when I press the button nothing happens again.

My extensions list are long enough but here is nothing with a hyper-super-tab functionality like TabMix etc. and all tab-related is:
Tab History Redux, DblClicker (with tab-dup and tab-close funcs disabled), Autohide Tabbar (with disabled automation).

UPD:
A few mins ago I've made a deinstall-cleanup and then installed 2.0. Then after two restarts (one for install and one more) I've upgraded BT to a 2.1.b2.
Now ALL my tabs loads on startup.
Seems like a setup events and hooks init needs more polish

UPD.2:
Not-loading of tabs on startup had misteriously restored after a number of reinstall trials. Anyway loading of selected tabs still not work.

UPD.3:
After updating BT on the abovementioned "second" FF to a 2.0 and then to 2.1b2 FF began to load ALL tabs on startup
