Support for ECMAScript Modules (ESM). Upgrade webdav to use ESM for the build output, for both Web and Node.

Drop support for CommonJS.

Please note that to use this project after this feature has been implemented, your project must fall into one of these 2 categories:

1. The project is already in ESM mode
2. The project is using a bundler (like Webpack) that can process and convert ESM packages

To convert your project to ESM, please read this.
