Function names in DALEX 0.2.0 #12

Current names are chaotic.
Here are propositions for new names. Old names will stay as deprecated.

variable_dropout() -> variable_importance()
single_variable() -> variable_response()
single_prediction() -> prediction_breakdown()

New names are more consistent with planned: outlier_detection(), model_performance()
