Have you considered merging your code with the CSS3PIE project? This polyfill looks like it would be a perfect fit with the rest of the CSS3 polyfills in CSS3PIE.

That project looks pretty cool, haven't seen it yet. I kinda let development of Transformie slip as IE8 and less becomes less interesting to me nowadays, but maybe they're willing to adopt it.
