Make sure that data.json can be broken down into multiple JSON files. Easier organization.

Chunking of the data files is in my local copy. Feature will drop into dev tonight. annotations.js has been moved to source/_annotations/ and I added support for markdown-based annotations with yaml front matter like we sketched out. Both the old version of marking up annotations and this new one will work at the same time.
