Staging deployment for paseo

While working together with papi team on #438, we had a bunch of ideas that we want to test in close-to-production environment (somehow, those crashes don't reproduce when runninng faucet locally). It'd be nice to have a separate staging environment, which we wouldn't mind breaking.
