Glutton is upgraded for async backing in Polkadot-SDK, but not the polkadot-fellows runtimes repo. This can be done after async backing is fully activated on Kusama.

What happened to the changes in #1619? The runtimes repo doesn't have them, and glutton-kusama is no longer in polkadot-sdk. I guess I can just apply the diff in that PR to the runtimes repo?
