CI: Azure broken because of unexpected vmImage #22946

azure-pipelines is failing at the moment with the next error: Unexpected vmImage 'vs2017-win2017' .

Seems like this image is the one we've been using successfully until now, so I guess the problem is in Azure side. But not sure if they've changed the name or deprecated the image we are using, so we may need to change it?
