Runid-s in pixels may be different from Run-id(s) in Headers

Gen-sqw is not generating runid-s consistently. Sometimes, runid-s assigned to pixels (number of runs in ISIS) do not coincide with runid-s present in headers (remunerated according to header number)
In this situation, resolution convolution calculations fail. This should be fixed.

The issue has been fixed ob-fly according to user requests by adding piece of code, which comares runid-s in headers and in pixels and if they do not coincide, enumerate pixels runid-s from 1 to number of headers. The fudge code is in rel-6.3.3
