Older older cmakes (e.g. 3.10):

-- Checking for modules 'GLOBAL;liblokimq'
--   No package 'GLOBAL' found

I think this is because the GLOBAL part of pkg-config IMPORTED_TARGET GLOBAL wasn't added until cmake 3.13 or so.
