Links created from STL, COLLADA or extruded SVGs are not added to the left panel list or the schematic view.

They also should be attached to the mouse and only placed on mouse release. Right now they pile up in the origin.

They also don't show up on the Joint Creation dialog or joint inspectors. We're probably just forgetting to fire an event somewhere.
