Try Again Later? (3x Applications rejected)

Hello!
I have tried 3 times to sign up for the GitHub Education program. The first time I was rejected because I didn't have the billing address and the README. The second time I tried to show my student card and was also rejected. And the last time I submitted a certificate. That was also rejected. Now I went to the office at my school today and picked up a school certificate. I just wanted to apply again, but this time with the certificate. But now it says that I should try again later. How long can that take?

Same here man "I am a full-time student attending classes physically at school. My home is located far from the campus, and I commute daily by car to attend. I applied for GitHubStudentDeveloperPack, but my application was rejected. The next day, I went to the school, and they asked why I was not on campus and requested a reason. What should I do?
