Make it impossible for regular users to click "Dismiss"

The answer seems not, but is it possible to make it impossible for regular users to click "Dismiss"?

From time to time I have to deal with "lazy" translators ignoring (clear!) failing checks and clicking "Dismiss".
As admin, I would like to see all failing checks, before they are dismissed and checking them myself.

This is controlled by the “Dismiss failing check” permission. Alternatively, you can use enforced checks to block dismissing of certain checks.

But where can I set this up. I checked the GUI of Weblate and couldn't find a dialog where to modify that or "define a new role".

Ah, it's only in Django admin for now, created #14344 to improve that.
