DNS queries taking longer than expected #121

After the computer went to sleep tonight and woke back up DNS queries are taking longer than expected. Restarting the service resolves the issue but is only a stopgap. Add logging or tooling to debug DNS queries

Additional observation - after restarting the service there are nominal amounts of dns requests being processed. Perhaps one per second or so. After this state triggers there's floods of DNS requests seem to be processed
