blockly_games_2023-01.zim doesn't appear to work as intended

This archive appears to be a scrape of one GitHub page, not of the blockly.games Web site. See https://library.kiwix.org/content/blockly_games_2023-01/A/github.com/google/blockly-games/wiki/Offline and note that it's not possible to "download" any of the supposed offline files, nor is it possible to navigate from there to blockly.games without ending up leaving the ZIM and finding oneself on the live Web site. Unless I'm missing something, I'd say this is a bad scrape and should be removed?
