Transmission : The value 'script_torrent_done_filename' not flushed. #25839

Environment: mvebu / cortexa9 - Marvell Armada 385 88F6820 / Linksys WRT32X / 24.10.0-rc6

Description:
The 'Save & apply' button not working for a configuration value script_torrent_done_filename.
Process keep holding previously loaded value when start by
service transmission start or service transmission restart.
So, to upload/refresh the script_torrent_done_filename value,
must do command line service transmission start or service transmission restart.
