Implement/Fix anoncreds issuance and presentation formats

There is a v2.0 issuance filter/format for anoncreds https://github.com/openwalletfoundation/acapy/tree/main/acapy_agent/protocols/issue_credential/v2_0/formats/anoncreds but it isn't fully implemented and looks like a general copy/paste of the indy format. This format should be available and not have any indy references but instead strictly use the anoncreds registry for the did method type.

This format/filter will be used generally for anoncreds objects like cheqd and tdw as well as indy.
