[OBS] - Configuring Logging for a Bucket - Alternative Option

Description of the enhancement

Dears,

The actual way as described in tf-documentation works for me fine, as long as I don't want to check settings in Console.
SInce a while OTC-console offers an alternative way, and is asking for an "agency". (even if I managed everything over terraform).
