Add more information for other countries

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some governments have made websites with information for people in Ukraine, who want to migrate to the respective country. Others have opened hotlines. There are also countless groups where people offer jobs and shelter to Ukrainian people. It would be useful for Ukrainians to list them.

Describe the solution you'd like
It could be a separate section of the site that is accessed by clicking a link that's in the header.

The link should show a popup with a question "Where do you want to go?" with the flags and the names of the countries. Upon clicking on any of them, the content of the popup should change with the needed information in text form (phone numbers of embassies, hotlines, links to government websites, links to helping groups in different platforms, potentially the emergency numbers in these countries).
