What are you proposing?

A tutorial on the how and why of UBI and Otel. Added to https://opensearch.org/docs/latest/search-plugins/ubi/index/ list of tutorials.

What users have asked for this feature?

Otel is a core enabling tech on OpenSearch.

We're getting close to merging the Otel support, and then this can get movign!

We need to reassess with stakeholders that yes, we have users who want this, and that this is valuable information to produce. Especially since we are also working on adding additional documentation the prioritizes using OSI (OpenSearch Ingestion) as the recommended path for integrating UBI data.
