Update baselines to match latest PRRTE debugger example output
Remove duplicate test from cirun.py

This matches the baselines to PR openpmix/prrte#1030

Note that the debugger example test cases are not tested by CI since it is still disabled here.

CI failure is not related to this PR, but is a hang in the cycle test when running lots of init/finalize tests.

You can see from the above that it waited 13 minutes for the init/finalize application to complete before killing the whole test.
