We could use https://github.com/fkhadra/react-toastify. The ToastContainer could be added to the PatchesProvider and use some same defaults which fit Patches. We should also overwrite some styles https://fkhadra.github.io/react-toastify/how-to-style to make it fit Patches. The styles could be added to the Global component in the ThemeProvider.
