No big deal, but I automatically typed in https when linking to the site and it gives an ugly warning.

As most browsers are moving towards marking http as "insecure", it might be worth serving over https and redirecting from http.

Of course the links to the Google fonts will need to be updated to avoid mixed content warnings.

You can add HTTPS to github pages websites on a custom domain with some string of 'configure cloudflare' steps apparently...

GitHub are releasing native support for HTTPS Real Soon Now via letsencrypt. It will require ANAME records if we wish to use http://openhealthcare.org.uk/ over http://www.openhealthcare.org.uk/ mind you.
