An AV Foundation player was added in #3200 but we still need a Capture/Record implementation for OS X and iOS.

Looks like we have one for iOS, I wonder if there is an opportunity to code share or if we should create separate ones pending #3242.

The current iOS AV Foundation video grabber needs some serious refactoring before it should be reused for OS X as well. I did some work a updated version a while ago, I have had no luck finding these changes so far ;( maybe lost in a stash.
