OEP-26 Real-time Events is currently marked as Provisional, and was last modified in 2019.

@e0d and @bmtcril as original authors/arbiters of OEP-26, do you have thoughts on this OEP? Particularly, the OEP should either be:

• Marked as Accepted;
• Marked as Accepted, with updates to reflect current reality;
• or, Marked as Obsolete
