This PR attempts to fix the issue of the variable TRANSCRIPT_LANG_CACHE_TIMEOUT not being found. This repo accesses all other setting variables through settings.get, rather than settings.{variable}, as dereferencing it brings us the DjangoConfLazyObject file instead of the setting variable
