• I tested this green CI is sufficient
• I have bumped this package's version
• I read through the code and checked the dependencies updated for breaking changes.
  • faker used only in tests
  • openedx-filters breaking change doesn't affect this repo.
  • The psutil changelog says the only breaking change is removal of python2.7 and Process.memory_info_ex, which is not used here.
  • websockets is only used by sphinx/docs.
