Create a wizard to guide new users

to me the layout with many options going down and many windows opening on the same tab is a bit confusing. It says "diary, plan ,network, inventory" with no explanation about what these things are, or even what "economic dashboard" or "agent" is for/about

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.
An initial wizard could show new users what these things mean and then hide itself in help so as not to have little help icons everywhere perpetually.

a guide separately. not very user friendly if it's easy enough to explain the menu headings and general purpose with a wizard or other online help/tooltips.
