Currently some runs fail during the "setup-node" step:

Premature close
Waiting 14 seconds before trying again
Premature close
Waiting 12 seconds before trying again
##[error]Premature close

I'm currently porting the CSV validation to python, so that we can remove the node setup.

It seems the node-setup step is not needed, we can remove it from all scrapers (already tested for ZH).
