Currently, the GitHub Workflows are building and publishing the following images:

  • opentelemetry-operator
  • autoinstrumentation-java
  • autoinstrumentation-dotnet
  • autoinstrumentation-python
  • autoinstrumentation-nodejs
  • target-allocator
  • autoinstrumentation-apache-httpd
  • operator-opamp-bridge

But not the opentelemetry-operator-bundle. This task is to build and publish the image as part of the GitHub Actions Workflows.

This seems to be a duplicate of #1823. Please re-open if it is not the case.

I don't think this is a duplicated issue: #1823 is about adding the makefile rules to build the bundle and catalog. This one is just to build and publish automatically the bundle image when a release is done.

Please, could you reopen it?
