Describe the bug
Like #13007 , partial scraper errors are not being recorded because a pointer is not used when passing a struct into a function. Partial errors are being created for different mongodb versions for each integration test. A versioning check is required for metrics before recording. All documentation for metrics that depend on a version has been added to the readme.
