Profiling - A global configuration to handle BQ partitioned tables

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The current version of the profiler collects only the data of the last 30 days when the table is partitioned, to change that, user has to update the configuration of each asset.

A global configuration to tell the profiler to scan all the table, even when partitioned.
