Drop support for k0s

I am pretty frustrated by the inconsistencies of k0sctl and do not want to be the first line of support for the issues I've encountered using it.

Today I wanted to switch over my NAS to using k0s and ran into issue after issue after issue after issue after issue using it. I ended up reverting back to k3s.

Overall k0s seems decent enough, but development is very slow and it's not in the CNCF. It seems very much like a pet project between a few Mirantis employees that are trying to give it their best effort.
