Now that we support k0s it might be worth it to explore talos as well.

Update config to add talos as a distribution
Update logic in bootstrap config to account for talos
Write Talos taskfile
Template out talhelper config
Handle any logic in the kubernetes templates that differs from k0s/k3s
Documentation in the README
