Add support for audio outside of site repo #44

Instead of adding the audio to the site, and fetch it with GraphQL, let the user of the theme configure an URL to any audio.

They could be hosting the audio on sound cloud or somewhere else.

This one is not a must-have but is up for grabs @testower.
