This task aims at data exchange between two users. There should be two ways to approach this:

A local data exchange (e.g. peer-to-peer)
A remote data exchange via server

Considerations:

The data is encrypted by a key unique to each user
The data has to be transferred via potentially unsafe networks
The data transfer should have authorization by a third party (e.g. administration)
