[FEAT]: Please support netstandard2.0

Describe the need

This library currently targets net8.0 only, meaning it is impossible to use from most other library projects which need to use multitargeting. Consider adding support explicitly for netframework via multi-targetting and at the very least add the netstandard2.0 tfm.
