Well that ticket is a mess, and is especially confusing as there are many posts that are shown to be by cypherpunks but, unless (s)he is schizophrenic, seem to be made by different people but attributed to them for some reason. To sum it up, this cause appears to be an uphill battle, with many haters and no support from any of the browser developers (specifically, TBB, Firefox, and Pale Moon), and Firefox seems to even be actively acting against it by removing the addon (incidentally, that kind of crap is one of the many reasons I use Waterfox instead of Firefox). The addon can be downloaded from the attachments section near the top of that page, though it really should be added to a release page here.
