How the npm package release works?

Hello,
I've tried to use the @nxext/solid npm and got conflicts since my nx version is greater than the current 14.0.2 version.
I wanted to look in the repo about releases but couldn't see how it is generated.

I see that the repo is actually up-to-date with the dependencies versions but no release was made. What is the process and how is there a way to see release dates in github?
