Reminding Appeal Owners to book a court after match confirmation.

We have to prompt Appeal owners to actually call and book the court at the time of the confirmed match. This needs to happen after match confirmation, during Match chat.

The system to issue message which to be visible to both Players in their private chat. The message should contain the following information:

"[Appeal Owner nickname] to call and book a court at [name of Venue], [phone/website of venue] for [hour of confirmed match] on [date of confirmed match]."

Example: "nhoj to call and book a court at Milawa Squash Courts, +61 329874983 for 15h on 9-FEB-2025."

This way the Appeal owner has all the needed information to call the venue and book the court.
