Checking court availability by Appeal Owner on the KTP form

In order to facilitate the court booking and increase the chances that a court would be available when 2 Players have confirmed a match, we should encourage Invitation Owner to call and check court availability BEFORE sending their invitation.

As discussed, please add the following prompt right under the Venue drop-down on the Keen to Play form. It would be best to contain phone number of the Venue and Website link. Or other available contact.

Please, note that the name of the venue is not appearing in this text message. The only changing text would be the actual contact details and they should always correspond to the selected Venue in the drop-down above. So, the contact details in the text message should be syncing fast and on time with any selected Venue to ensure Players would not get Venue and corresponding Phone number mixed up.
