1 - from the msgscriptcli, having a way to list all the lua functions present in etcd and a short description of them.

e.g :

backup | trigger the daily backup script...

2 - from the msgscriptcli, having a way to list the output of a specific function :

/output/backup/machine1 | success
/output/backup/machine2 | failed
/output/backup/machine3 | success
