[NEOS-1326] Update Init Schema Docs to include latest updates

We have this page here: https://docs.neosync.dev/guides/initializing-schemas

However, we should add a new section detailing what Neosync the init table schemas feature that is available in the software. That way users can have a better expectation of what that feature is actually going to do.
