The Demo Team is requesting the following enhancements for customer demos.
Goal: Enable SE to demonstrate Mix IVR where the prospect is able to see the conversation transcript in real-time is a chat bubble format.
Enhance the chat window pop-out to support IVR experience without having to change the URL setting.
Add the ability to minimize the dial pad so the demonstrator can show more of the back-&-forth dialog. My ideal experience is that demonstrator starts with the dial pad to show that we support speech and touch tone. They can then minimize the key pad during the demo so the prospect can see more of the back-&-forth dialog. PS: I notice you can do this after the call ends.
Make the IVR prompting easier to read by 1) place the IVR content within a chat bubble and 2) changing the font (gray is a little hard for remote participants to see).
Ability to turn off key value details to maximize screen real estate.
